Can I visit the studio?
Our Markham studio is open by appointment only, and we don't take walk-ins. Message us to book a time for pickup or a consultation.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Toronto, the GTA and beyond. The fee depends on package size and driving distance from our Markham studio, starting at $7.49 with the first 15 km included. Enter your address at checkout to see the exact fee.
Will my bouquet look exactly like the photo?
Every arrangement is handmade with fresh, seasonal flowers. The style, size and colour story will match, while specific varieties and shades may vary with market availability.
Can I pick up instead?
Yes. Small gift items can be collected from our studio by appointment.
How do event bookings work?
Event décor is quoted to your venue, date and design. A non-refundable deposit secures your date, and delivery and installation fees are part of your custom quote.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final on floral, balloon and gift products, since they are made fresh for you. If something goes wrong, contact us right away and we'll work with you on a fair solution.
Do you include care instructions?
Yes. Every bouquet comes with care instructions to help your flowers last.
