Delivery & refund policy

Delivery

Delivery is handled by our courier partner. The fee is based on package size and driving distance from our Markham studio: the first 15 km are included in the base price, and longer trips add a small per-km charge. You'll see the exact fee at checkout. All prices and delivery fees are plus 13% HST.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order.

If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available or the address is incorrect, re-delivery carries an extra fee, and failed attempts are not refunded.

Studio pickup

Small gift items may be collected from our Markham studio by appointment only.

Event décor

Event décor, delivery and installation are quoted per event. A non-refundable deposit secures your date.

If an event is affected by circumstances beyond anyone's control, we will do our best to reschedule or offer a fair solution.

Refunds

All sales are final on floral, balloon and gift products.

Flowers are seasonal, so specific varieties and shades may vary from photos while keeping the same style and value.
