Delivery Info
Delivery is handled by our courier partner. The fee is based on package size and driving distance from our Markham studio: the first 15 km are included in the base price, and longer trips add a small per-km charge. You'll see the exact fee at checkout. All prices and delivery fees are plus 13% HST. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order. If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available or the address is incorrect, re-delivery carries an extra fee, and failed attempts are not refunded. Small gift items may be collected from our Markham studio by appointment only.
